### 1. No Refund Policy

All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for any of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, tarot readings, energy healing sessions, chakra balancing, and life coaching appointments. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is received, the transaction is considered final, and no refunds will be issued.

### 2. No Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are not permitted once a booking has been made. We commit significant time and energy in preparation for each session, and last-minute cancellations impact our scheduling and availability. As a result, all appointments are non-cancelable, and no rescheduling options are offered for missed sessions.

### 3. Late Arrivals and Missed Appointments

Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. If you are late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect the time of subsequent clients. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided for missed appointments or late arrivals.
